• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete registration or booking information.
• Ensure any medical conditions or injuries are disclosed before participating in classes.
4. Health Disclaimer
• Participation in yoga and other wellness activities involves physical exertion and potential risks. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Consult your physician before starting any new fitness or wellness routine. We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation.
• If you experience pain, discomfort, or adverse effects during a session, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
5.1 Yoga Classes and Events
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our website or app.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
5.2 Corporate and Hotel Wellness Programs
• Custom program contracts are governed by separate agreements, including specific cancellation and refund policies.
• Changes to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.
6. Subscription Services
6.1 After Moon Club App
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
• Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• We reserve the right to modify app features or pricing with reasonable notice.
6.2 Freezing Subscriptions
• Freezing of subscriptions is permitted under specific circumstances and must be requested in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, class recordings, app features, and products, is the intellectual property of After Moon Club and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct

• Share login credentials or subscription content with others.

9. Payments and Refunds
• All payments must be made in GBP or as specified on the website.
• Refunds for physical products are available only for unused items returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Refunds for classes, subscriptions, and events follow the specific cancellation policies outlined in Section 5.
